Show Creator, Executive Producer

Eric Pankowski is currently the EP and Showrunner of Carpool Karaoke: The Series on Apple and EP and co-creator of the docu- comedy series, Just Another Immigrant for Showtime. 

Pankowski joined CBS 5 years ago as SVP of Programming and Development. Pankowski served as EP and Showrunner of The Arsenio Hall Show and as Creator, Executive Producer and Showrunner of It’s Not You, It’s Men, hosted by Tyrese Gibson and Rev Run for Oprah’s OWN. 

His career began at Warner Bros., most notably as an executive with Telepictures Productions. He oversaw the Emmy-winning The Ellen Degeneres Show, the comedic game show Street Smarts and the reality competition show elimiDATE. He helped develop and then oversaw WB’s Steve Harvey’s Big Time Challenge, Spike TV’s Slamball, and helped develop and launch TMZ.com. 

Pankowski furthered his relationship with Warner Bros. when he joined Jim Paratore in launching paraMedia inc. They created, developed, launched and produced TMZ TV and Lopez Tonight on TBS. 

He then joined WWE as SVP to run all creative, programming and development, overseeing the creative for WWE Raw, Smackdown and pay-per-view events, including the biggest-selling WrestleMania in history, while also creating and selling the docu-reality show Total Divas to E!.
