WHEN DOCUMENTARY GOES DIGITAL

How do you produce high quality documentary content when the platform turns to be digital?

In this session, we got England's biggest new stars within the investigative documentary, Ellie Flynn and Benjamin Zands from the BBC to tell what opportunities and challenges they see for the documentary genre in the new digital media reality.

Together with the Danish documentary and Cavling winner Miki Mistrati, who currently works as Executive Producer for Time Inc. in London and producing programs with Ellie Flynn, they talk about how documentaries transforms digitally.

Ellie Flynn is BBC Threes' new young journalist face, which goes undercover and covers topics for the new generation of media consumers. Benjamin Zand is a journalist and leader of the BBC's first documentary unit, delivering digital content to the entire BBC.

"Both Ben and Ellie are forward-looking young journalists, who are already stars over here. They are models of the new generation of media consumers, and it's crazy interesting to be allowed to work and develop tomorrow's content with them."

Miki Mistrati, Creative Director og Executive Producer, Time Inc.

This sessions is organized by members of the program commitee Heidi Kim Andersen og Adam Dyrvig Tatt
