Paul set up Maroon Productions in 1994 and is the company's creative lead cross all of its production content.
As a director he has been nominated BAFTA Awards twice, for Batty Man in 2007 (C4) and in 2012 with Gang Life (BBC2). He has also won two Royal Television Society Awards (RTS).
Maroon's highlights of 2016 included the critically acclaimed Gangland (Channel 5), Secrets Of a Police Marksman (C4), an access driven Big Bang Theory 200th episode special (Warner Bros/C4) and Black Nurses: The Women Who Saved the NHS for BBC4. For 2017 Paul is moving to add scripted and feature length documentary films to the company's portfolio as well as producing two new landmark series for Channel 5.
